Welcome to Uni Bazaar, a multivendor online marketplace. These Terms and Conditions govern your relationship with Uni Bazaar as a vendor. By registering and using our platform, you agree to comply with the following terms:

1. Vendor Registration

1.1 All vendors must complete the registration process by providing accurate and up-to-date information, including business details, contact information, and any required identification documents.

1.2 Uni Bazaar reserves the right to verify vendor information and approve or reject applications at its discretion.

1.3 Vendors must ensure their account details remain accurate and inform Uni Bazaar of any changes promptly.

2. Commission and Fees

2.1 Uni Bazaar charges a 10% commission on every sale made through the platform. This commission will be automatically deducted from the sale amount.

2.2 Additional fees may apply for optional promotional or advertising services. These fees will be clearly communicated before any service is availed.

3. Vendor Responsibilities

3.1 Vendors are responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing.

  • Ensuring all products comply with Uni Bazaar’s policies and local laws.

  • Handling customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

3.2 Vendors must adhere to the specific packaging guidelines provided by Uni Bazaar to ensure consistent branding and customer satisfaction.

3.3 Vendors are responsible for managing shipping costs and ensuring timely delivery of orders. Any delays or issues with shipping must be communicated to the customer and Uni Bazaar promptly.

4. Payouts

4.1 Vendors can submit a withdrawal request to receive their earnings. Payments will be processed within the timeline specified by Uni Bazaar.

4.2 Vendors must ensure their payment details are accurate. Uni Bazaar will not be liable for delays or errors due to incorrect payment information.

5. Prohibited Items and Activities

5.1 Vendors are prohibited from listing:

  • Illegal, counterfeit, or restricted items.

  • Products that violate intellectual property rights.

  • Any other items specified in Uni Bazaar’s Prohibited Items Policy.

5.2 Vendors must not engage in fraudulent activities, misuse the platform, or violate any applicable laws.

6. Dispute Resolution

6.1 In case of disputes between vendors and customers, Uni Bazaar may mediate to resolve the issue. However, the final responsibility for resolving disputes lies with the vendor.

6.2 Vendors are required to comply with Uni Bazaar’s dispute resolution process and provide necessary documentation or evidence when requested.

7. Termination and Suspension

7.1 Uni Bazaar reserves the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts for violations of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activities, or non-compliance with platform policies.

7.2 Vendors may terminate their account by providing written notice to Uni Bazaar. Any pending obligations must be settled before termination.

8. Marketing and Promotions

8.1 Uni Bazaar may use vendors’ product listings for promotional activities, including advertisements and social media campaigns.

8.2 Vendors may participate in platform-wide promotions, subject to additional terms provided at the time of the promotion.

9. Liability and Indemnity

9.1 Uni Bazaar is not liable for:

  • Product defects or misrepresentations made by vendors.

  • Shipping delays or damages caused during transit.

  • Any losses or damages arising from vendor non-compliance with these terms.

9.2 Vendors agree to indemnify and hold Uni Bazaar harmless from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from their activities on the platform.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

10.1 Uni Bazaar reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Vendors will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. General Policies

11.1 All vendors must comply with Uni Bazaar’s policies, including:

  • Customer Refund and Return Policy.

  • Prohibited Items Policy.

  • Privacy and Data Protection Policy.

11.2 Any violation of these policies may result in penalties, including suspension or termination of the vendor account.

By registering as a vendor on Uni Bazaar, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in account suspension or termination.
